Meet the Doctor

Dr. Bruno
Dr. Bruno graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston College with a BA in Economics. After receiving her Dental degree (DMD) and Master's degree in Education from the University of Pennsylvania, she pursued her certificate in Orthodontics at Eastman Dental Center/University of Rochester. Dr. Bruno returned to the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where she was appointed a Clinical Professor in the Department of Orthodontics. After three years at the University of Pennsylvania, she relocated to Ohio where she accepted the position of Assistant Clinical Professor in Orthodontics at Case Western Reserve University, and maintained an active practice.

In 2004, Dr. Bruno relocated to this area and opened her orthodontic practice in Chevy Chase. Dr. Bruno resides in Washington, DC with her husband, Jim, and three children, Ella, Clayton and Wilkes.

Remaining current on the latest technology and advances in the field of orthodontics is very important to Dr. Bruno. She achieves this by being involved in many local and national organizations including the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, and the DC Dental Society. On an international level, she is a volunteer with Operation Smile.

Dr. Bruno's interests include a love of horses, golf and tennis.

Meet the Team

Courtney

Courtney joined the practice in 2005.  She grew up in Potomac, Maryland and went to Walt Whitman High School.  She received her dental assisting degree from Bridgerland Applied Technology College in Logan, Utah.  In her free time Courtney loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends

Deena

Deena joins our team from Virginia where her delightful smile will put you at ease. Deena is a dedicated individual who is kind and friendly. Her goal is to provide the best possible care for beautiful and healthy smiles.

Gisbelt

Gisbelt grew up in New York City and moved to Maryland in 2007.  After high school she studied dental assisting at Penn Foster and joined the practice in October 2009.  When Gisbelt is not assisting she likes to shop, cook and spend time with her family!

Toni

Toni has come to Dr. Bruno's office from the island of Jamaica.  Her warm demeanor comforts our patients as well as our parents as she assists them with all of their financial needs.

Jaimie

Jaimie lights up the office with her bubbly personality.  She loves to tell jokes and make patients laugh.  Her years of experience and knowledge of orthodontics allows her to answer all of your questions with ease.

Courtlynn

Courtlynn  will welcome you into our office with her beaming personality and fabulous smile!  Ask her about her family back home in the midwest and her smile gets even more prominent.

Sarah

Sarah will make patients and parents feel completely at home on our clinic floor. She is happy to answer any questions, as she has been in the dental field for over 15 years!  Dentistry is in her blood...her father is a retired pediatric dentist from this area.

Bracey

Meet Bracey!  She joined our team in the Summer of 2010 as our office mascot. Bracey loves to come into the office and celebrate when a patient gets their braces taken off.  After all, there is nothing more she loves than a beautiful smile! Bracey also makes appearances throughout the year at children's schools as well as other dentists' offices.
